CHIEF JUSTICE SYARIFUDDIN ATTENDS THE CEREMONY OF THE COMMEMORATION OF THE 75TH PROCLAMATION OF INDEPENDENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AT THE MERDEKA PALACE

Jakarta – Public Relations: Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Dr. H.M. Syarifuddin, S.H., M.H., attends the ceremony of commemoration of the 75th proclamation of Independence of the Republic of Indonesia at Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, on Monday, August 17th, 2020. The commemoration presided by President Joko Widodo, and at the occasion, Jokowi accompanied by Vice President K.H. Ma’ruf Amin.

Several leaders of Institutions also attend this event, they are Speaker of People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR) Bambang Soesatyo, Speaker of the House of Representative (DPR) Puan Maharani, Chief of Regional Consultative Council (DPD) La Nyalla Mattalitti, Chief of Constitution Court Anwar Usman, Chief of Judicial Commission Jaja Ahmad Jayus, Minister of Religious Affairs Fachrul Razi, Indonesian Military (TNI) Commander Air Chief Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto , and National Police Chief Idham Azis.

At the same time, while wearing the traditional dress, Vice Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Dr. H. Sunarto, S.H., M.H, with the Chairman of Chambers as well official Echelon 1 of the Supreme Court attend virtual Commemoration of the Seconds of Proclamation Independence of the Republic of Indonesia on Monday, August 17th, 2020 at the Command Centre of the Supreme Court.
