THE HONORABLE CHIEF JUSTICE INAUGURATES THE UPDATE VERSION OF CTS

Bali-PR: On Sunday, May 9th 2016 at Sheraton Hotel, Denpasar, The Honorable Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. H.M. Hatta Ali., SH., MH, inaugurates the newest version of Case Tracking System (SIPP) namely 3.1.2 version. In the same time, Hatta Ali also inaugurates two Supreme Court’ substantial policies, first Regulation of Supreme Court of Republic Indonesia Number 2 of 2015 concerning The Ways to Complete the Small Claim Court and second Circular of Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2016 concerning The Increasing of Transparency and Efficiency of Handling Bankruptcy Cases and Debt Payment Obligations in Court.

Hatta Ali said that the update version of SIPP is exceptional because it was built and developed by Supreme Court of Republic Indonesia employees. “This is achievement of elected employees of Supreme Court of Republic Indonesia.” Said Hatta Ali followed by thunderous applause from invitees.

SIPP is technology application web based to give case information to public. Besides SIPP also can used by leadership to monitor judge performance in region. SIPP built as a good and effective work media to internal court parties, good administration, effective and efficiency, monitoring and supervising and the most important is the easy, quick, and inexpensive way for public getting their update cases information, because SIPP can be monitored by everyone in everywhere and every time even about enrollment until cases payment.

SIPP is the one application integrated to legal institutions like Police of Republic Indonesia, Attorney General Office of Supreme Court and Ministry of Legal and Human Rights of Supreme Court of Republic Indonesia.
