AD INTERIM SECRETARY OF THE SUPREME COURT INAUGURATES FUNCTIONAL OFFICIAL AND MONITORING OFFICIALS OF THE SUPREME COURT

Jakarta-PR: The Ad Interim Secretary of the Supreme Court Agung, Sugiyanto, S.H., M.H. inaugurates the Functional and Monitoring officials of the Supreme Court on Wednesday 5 June 2024 on the 2nd floor of the Supreme Court Tower Building.

This inauguration of a Functional official is under the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21/M of 2024 on the Appointment of a Senior Functional Official, while the Monitoring officials (Structural Echelon IV officials) are inaugurated under three Decisions of the Secretary of Supreme Court, first Decision Number 2589/SEK/SK.KP4.1.3/IV/2024, second Decision Number 3087/SEK/SK.KP4.1.3/V/2024, and third Decision Number 3137 until Number 3138/SEK/SK.KP4.1.3/VI/2024

The Ad Interim Secretary of the Supreme Court says to the Functional Official to improve the archive procedure in the Supreme Court, to perform great work, and to become a role model to archivists.

Sugiyanto also reminds the Monitoring Officials that as the Structural Officials, they are the immediate supervisor of their staff.

“In the Supreme Court Regulation Number 8 of 2016 it is said that you are responsible for fostering and monitoring your staff in performing the primary duty with full responsibility,” he continued.

The Head of the Monitoring Agency also hopes that the inaugurated officials will fulfill their oath of office with giving their best work with full responsibility, high integrity, and do not do inappropriate actions. The following inaugurated officials are as follows;

The Functional Official, Dr. Rosdiana, S.H., M.H. as Senior Archivist of the Supreme Court.

The Monitoring Officials are below:

1. Indah Pratiwie, S.E., M.M., as Head Subdivision of Registration Officialdom of the Supreme Court.
2. Gama Martya Kuswanda, S.H., M.H., as Head Subdivision of Transportation and Business Trip in the General Bureau of Administration Affairs.
3. Probo Widyaningrum, S.E., M.M., as Head Subdivision of II Budget Affairs in the Finance Bureau of Administration Affairs.
4. Arief Harmoko, S.H., as Head Subdivision of Jurisdiction Security in the General Bureau of Administration Affairs.
5. Joko Arianto, S.H., as Head Subdivision of Copy and Printing Affairs in the General Bureau of Administration Affairs.
