THE HON. CHIEF JUSTICE OFFICIALLY OPENS PLENARY MEETING OF THE SUPREME COURT CHAMBER SYSTEM

Bandung-Public Relation: The Hon. Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Prof. Dr. M. Hatta Ali, SH., MH, officially opens Plenary meeting of the Supreme Court Chamber System in Intercontinental Hotel, Bandung on November 3rd, 2019.

The meeting started with implementation report of meeting by Vice Chief Justice for Judicial Matters, Dr. HM. Syarifuddin, SH., MH, who also serves as Head of Committee of the Plenary Meeting.

In his report, Syarifuddin said that the meeting followed by 195 participants and reported that 7 participants absent. According to Him, plenary meeting will discuss about the problem and solving of it that there in each chamber .

In the same time, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Prof. Dr. M. Hatta Ali, SH., MH, in his remarks tells the aim and essence of the meeting, besides Hatta Ali also describes on how important the role and professionalism of the justice in decide case.

According to Hatta this plenary meeting will be deep impression for him due to this occasion is the last plenary meeting in his leadership period. He hopes that this meeting will bring out the formula that can be implemented by next generation.

The plenary meeting will be held in three days, starting from November 3rd, 2019 to November 5th, 2019. The meeting followed by all Leaders, Justices, Ad hoc-judges, Echelon 1 and II, Substitute Registrars of Case, Substitute Registrars of Chamber, and Judges in the Supreme Court.
