SUPREME COURT ANNOUNCES THE REPLACEMENT OF RESIGNED JUDGE CANDIDATES
Jakarta-Public Relation, Tuesday 19 December 2017. The Secretary of the Supreme Court issued an announcement letter Number 12/Pansel/MA/12/2017 forwarding a letter from the National Selection Committee (Panselnas) of the Selection of Judge Candidates of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia for 2017 Fiscal Year which was a follow up of the letter from Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Minister as the Chairman of the National Selection Steering Committee. The letter from the Minister Number B/759/S.SM.01.00/2017 dated 15 December 2017 was about the Approval to Replace the Participants of Civil Servants/Judge Candidates Selection held by the Supreme Court who had been declared passing the selection, but then resigned.
