THE COMPILATION OF COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL STATEMENT IN THIRD QUARTER OF 2017

Jakarta - Public Relations. In connection with the letter from Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance, Number S-8533 PB/2017 dated 29 September 2017 concerning the Submission of Comprehensive Financial Statement of State Ministry/Institution (LKKL) in Third Quarter of 2017 (letter attached). Head of Finance Bureau, Sutisna S.Sos, M.Pd., asked the Secretary of Registry of the Supreme Court, Secretaries of Directorate Generals of all jurisdictions under the Supreme Court, Secretaries of Bodies within the Supreme Court, and all Secretaries of High Courts and First Instance Courts throughout Indonesia, as the Coordinators of DIPA (Budget Implementation Check List) 005.01, 005.03, 005.04, and 005.05, to compile the Comprehensive Financial Statement in Third Quarter of 2017 based on E-Rekon and LK applications pursuant to Regulation of Ministry of Finance (PMK) Number 222/PMK.03/2016 on Amendment to PMK Number 177/PMK.05/2015 on Guidelines for Compilation and Submission of Financial Statement of State Ministry/Institution which consists of:

1. Statement of Responsibility
2. Summary of Financial Statement
3. Report of Budget Absorption
4. Balance Report
5. Operational Report
6. Report of Changes in Equity
7. Notes to the Financial Statements

Financial Statement of Echelon I level shall be submitted to Head of Finance Bureau of Administrative Affairs Body on 25 October at the latest by email tobiro_keuangan_mari@gmail.comandbagian.akutansi.ma@gmail.com, whereas the Financial Statement of Regional Coordinator Level shall be submitted to the related Unit of Echelon I respectively (see the schedule of compilation and submission of LKKL listed in Appendix III of letter from Directorate General of Treasury Number S-8533/PB2017 dated 29 September 2017).
